BRUNCH AT SUMOMAYA

One of Scottsdale's newest fusion restaurants is serving weekend brunch.

From green-tea waffles to tequila-cured salmon lox, SumoMaya combines the best of Asia and Latin America.Its reinvented brunch classics include short ribs Benedict with jalapeño guacamole and hollandaise spiked with Valentina hot sauce. The green-tea waffles come with crispy duck confit and are served with anejo-vanilla bean syrup.

Brunch is 9 a.m.-3 p.m. weekends. Along with the food, it features live music.
